Nashville Aikikai Lodging
Nashville Aikikai is located in East Nashville, which is a residential area near the honkytonks of downtown Nashville. There are often homes in the area listed on AirBNB or VRBO that are within easy walking distance of the dojo. This is probably the best option, particularly if several people can share a single rental.
I would not recommend the hotels in the Stadium area.
There are 3 boutique hotels near the dojo in East Nashville ($350 to $500 per night):
- Waymore’s Guest House
- The Russell Nashville
- Reunion Hotel
There are a number of hotels just on the other side of the Cumberland River, in downtown Nashville, which in May are going to run in the range of $300 to $500 per night.
The least expensive options will be near the Nashville Airport. You would need a rental car or to take a rideshare to and from the dojo. There is free, on street parking near the dojo. Some options include:
- Glo Best Western Nashville Airport
- Hyatt House Nashville Airport
- Embassy Suites Nashville Airport
- Hampton Inn Nashville Airport
